Dear Carrie,

I brought Bailey in on Saturday for his traditional haircut and bath.  You weren't there when I checked out so I am writing this to make my comments.  We are very pleased with the grooming.  Bailey looks great.

I was a little upset that when I went to pay, I was told you had raised your prices.  I think it would have been a better business decision to inform us when we dropped Bailey off that prices had increased instead of at the time of payment. 

You are certainly entitled to raise prices but to inform customers before the fact is my suggestion.

First time I brought Sushi in to get groomed and absolutely fell in love with the place. So clean and friendly. Lots of fun seeing everyone come in to wash their dogs. Get to be around other dog lovers. Second time I brought Sushi in to bath him myself. So much easier than at home and by the time we left it looked like he had been professionally groomed. Thanks to Rachel for helping me bath him and thanks to Cindy for helping with the blow drying. We'll be back!
